Returns

 We offer free returns, so you are welcome to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for refund or exchange.Please notify us of a return via email to hello@floofsa.co.za

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item(s) must be returned in original condition.They must be unused, unworn, undamaged , unwashed and in perfect condition for resale.Fur-free please!

Returns or exchanges made after this timeframe, or in an unsuitable condition for resale (used, worn, marked, without size tags,or damaged) will not be accepted for refund or exchange and you will need to arrange collection of your returned goods at your own cost.

We recommend that you carefully try new items on indoors (on clean doggos,please!) just in case you need to return them for exchange or refund.

Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. All sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please allow us up to 3 working days to reply to your email and confirm your return or exchange - we will email you the relevant return address and details on the process.

*REMEMBER , no accessory is indestructible, always check your dogs accessories for wear and tear. It is the customers responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for their pet.
